By accessing or using the HeyWren platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
HeyWren is an AI-powered work observability platform that helps teams track commitments, follow through on action items, and improve execution health. The Service integrates with third-party tools including Slack, email providers, and calendar systems.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe on others' rights, or transmit harmful content.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HeyWren, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the content you process through HeyWren.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyWren shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
